Nicole’s unique approach to wine is what her new Echo Park wine store and tasting bistro is all about. She believes that wine should be as fun as dating, and to that end, she offers a variety of wine tasting classes geared toward just that, having fun and getting to know some
great wine and people.

For a light and fragrant pre-date appetizer Nicole suggests serving a Sauvignon Blanc (preferably from New Zealand) with some rye crackers and a St. Agur Blue Cheese.

Or Apres dinner come home to a nice Cava (champagne from Spain) paired with white chocolate dipped strawberries.

Nicole also bets that serving raw oysters with a Muscadet is a sure fire way to jump-start a sleep-over minus PJ’s.
